Since 2015, AdDefend has established itself as a specialist in supporting online publishers and advertisers in dealing with adblocker users. Now our platform is expanding into new business areas – on a national and international level. Since last summer our inventory does not only include the adblock reach but also the privacy mode. Since recently, we offer the programmatic booking of campaigns.
We are looking for a Senior Media Sales Manager (m/f/x) for our team based in Hamburg Ottensen.
We are the market leader in the DACH region with a broad customer base and we seek to further expand our position. As a strong gain for our sales team, you are responsible for distributing our anti-adblock solution to new customers from the field of advertisers.You are responsible for:
- the sustainable expansion of our advertiser customer base
- providing an excellent customer service and support (by giving comprehensive advice etc.)
- a good intuition and know how to make use of market trends and market requirements
- a close cooperation with our sales and campaign team
- relevant experience in online marketing, especially in B2B sales
- an existing network in the online marketing industry
- dedication and passion to adapt and combine technologies for excellent customer solutions
- interest in technical topics and the ability to communicate technology to customers in an understandable way and explaining it to their needs
- experience in programmatic advertising
- reasoning and negotiating skills
- a convincing, enthusiastic and winning character
- perceive and initiate changes and new challenges
- good verbal and written skills and a customer-oriented work attitude
- an existing network to online advertisers would be a big plus
- very good German and English skills
